Dinner

**All meals include your choice salad & artisan bread with butter**

Sage Roasted Airline Breast of Chicken - with a lemon thyme sauce served with rosemary roasted red potatoes and chef’s choice of vegetables
Peddlers Salmon - with honey soy glaze, fresh ginger butter sauce served over sautéed vegetables and basmati rice
Juniper Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin - with a caramelized red onion-cherry sauce served with butternut squash risotto and chef’s choice vegetables
Lamb Osso buco - with a red wine sauce served with tarragon mashed potatoes with chef’s choice vegetables
Tenderloin of Beef - with maple peppered bacon, crisp potatoes Anna, chef’s choice of vegetable and  horseradish béarnaise
Sautéed Tiger Prawns - in lime butter and cilantro served over a shrimp tamale smothered with a roasted corn sauce
“AHI” nspiring - pan seared & dusted ahi tuna served over basmati rice & fresh sautéed vegetables topped w/a wasabi cream sauce
Grilled New York Strip - with blue cheese crumbles served with tarragon mashed potatoes and chef’s choice vegetable
Grilled Ribeye - served with rosemary roasted red potatoes, chef’s choice of vegetables and a horseradish sour cream
Quinoa Hazelnut Crusted Rack of Lamb - oven roasted ½ rack of lamb served with rosemary roasted red potatoes and chef’s vegetable
Prime Rib - topped with a wild mushroom sauce served with three cheese risotto and chef’s choice vegetables
(minimum 20 people)

Salad (Choice of one)

Spinach and Grilled Gala Apple Salad - with roasted cashews and  feta cheese tossed in honey-Dijon vinaigrette
Peddlers House Salad - with fresh berries, goat cheese and candied pecans tossed in balsamic vinaigrette
Field Greens - with fresh berries, bacon andblue cheese tossed in raspberry vinaigrette
Luau Salad -spring greens with feta, macadamia nuts, red onions, fried yams and orchids with lemon-macadamia nut vinaigrette
Caesar Salad - homemade croutons and parmesan-asiago tossed in our caesar dressing

Brownies and Toffee Cookies or Assorted Bars (salted caramel, brownie, lemon raspberry shortbread)

We recommend two bite size Hors D’ Oeuvres and one plated Hors D’ Oeuvres before dinner.
